Dramatic battle scene painted by the famous artist August Querfurt (1696-1761). This oil on canvas painting is currently in St. Petersburg in the Heritage. The fighting is absolutely fierce as soldiers appear to be fighting each other over what appears to be a supply wagon. Horses and men are on their feet and on the ground as each seeks the advantage.
